Cultural Education Centre

The cultural-educational centres were established to attract children who have dropped out of education to re-qualify them scientifically and psychologically, and to compensate them for years of school drop-out so that they would be able to integrate into the regular schools again. These centres help to protect them from illiteracy and delinquency to be active members of society who are contributing greatly to reshaping the future of their homeland “Syria” again.

Those Educational centres target the children who are aged 6 to 12 years. This year, 559 students were enrolled in three educational centres in Ghazi Antep and Mersin.

The educational centres have recently obtained the license of the Turkish Ministry of Education, and The Turkish language is became taught by Turkish teachers, which reflected positively on the learning process and acceptance of children to this language by its native speakers directly. This will accelerate the integration of these children into regular schools.

Those Educational centres focus on counting, sorting, and psychosocial support for children according to an exceptional study plan that takes into account the children specific cases.

Turkish language learning comes in the priorities of the plan to help children enroll in Turkish schools and integrate them into Turkish society.
