Care for widows and orphans

This project includes five centres in different countries, three of them in Tripoli (Lebanon), one in Amman (Jordan), and another one in Antakya (Turkey).

The beneficiaries’ number is about one hundred and thirty-five families (five hundred and thirty people), all of them are the families of widows and orphans, martyrs wives and children, and the concerned children are between three to twelve years.

The Project provides: Housing, food, public health, training and rehabilitation, recreational sports training, psychological, social, and educational support.

This project focuses on education for orphans who are aged 3-12 years. It also focuses on rehabilitation and training for widowed mothers to provide them with various professional skills and experience. Therefore, the centres have developed specialized programs and educational courses for children for all levels to facilitate their integration into local schools in the host country commensurate with the used language.

The centres provide rehabilitation and vocational programs and courses for widowed mothers to allow them to become active women to participate and work in raising their children and building the society.
